"Fried" Fish anyone?
Breaded Flounder Fillets
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp pepper
2 egg whites
1/4 cup FF milk
4 flounder fillets (6 oz. each)
1 Tbl. Parmesan cheese
Combine first 5 ingredients in a shallow bowl. Beat egg whites with milk in another bowl. Coat fish with corn meal mixture, dip into egg mixture, then coat again with corn meal mixture.
Spray a baking pan and arrange fillets in a single layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425 for 8-10 minutes until fish flakes easily.

I serve this with cole slaw and some seasonal vegetable.
