I know that this post deals mainly with recipes but I find myself on the road (training dogs) close to suppertime often. Tonight I had an appointment at 6PM and needed some dinner so around 5 I spotted a Ruby Tuesday. Thought I would go in and get a quick salad. (Ruby Tuesday in general has terrible point counts for their meals) I found a new dish Which is a spaghetti squash roasted pepper marinara dish. A quick check showed this meal to be only 9 WW points. I ordered it and it was great. What I thought was really interesting and tasty was they used the spaghetti squash as the pasta then poured the marinara with roasted red peppers and zucchini over it. Great meal and 9 WW points.
It really makes me think of how I can use the Spaghetti squash in my own recipes , as a substitute for the angel hair pasta that I love
