Lodge, made in America. It is all preseasoned, but it is a pre or start. It does make it very easy to get a good seasoning started. I always season mine 3 times or 2 for a preseasoned 1 hour @ 375 in my oven. You can also do them outside on a very hot grill. Just remember to leave them be until they cool on their own.
Flea markets can also be a good source, but stick to Lodge, Griswold or Wagner. Sometimes the Griswolds are overpriced while Wagner is under priced.
