What do you do with the grill grease?
After grilling, what do you all do with the grease that has accumulated? How do you extract it from the grill, and how do you dispose of it?

We also wipe the pan/s and burn the greasy paper in the fire ring, if there is a lot of grease we sometimes keep it if it will be used for a future meal (such as frying fish) if not it goes on the fire ring too.
