We winter in Louisiana and Summer in the Northern states.
We keep everything we need to live for 60 days in our MoHo.
We can 'get outta Dodge' in 10 minutes if needed - move current fresh stuff from the house fridge to the rig and GO!!!
Changes of clothes (suitable for winter and summer), kitchenware, canned and dry foods, and of course, water (which is drained and refilled every 30 days). Yes, it's a bit of work, but I think it is prudent. No need to have a good piece of survival equipment and not use it efficiently.
