Next time, I'm making it with pecan flour crust and a different flavoring in the plain gelatin I'll be using from now on, since I recently found out the sweetener in sugar-free Jell-O is bad for diabetics.
We aren't diabetic but I get what you mean about the sugar-free additives. After my wife's cancer bout, we opted for unsweetened for years and just add our own stevia, honey or monk fruit.
When you have the new recipe perfected would you be willing to share it here?
