Storage space in an RV is precious. I would not use up one inch of my storage space to carry a grill large enough to feed 20 people on the one or two occasions that you entertain that many people.
Instead of asking your guests to 'bring a dish to pass'....tell them to bring their BBQ grill with them! :B
