I would have to agree with amxpress, I had a lot of trouble with everything sticking in mine also until I seasoned it for the third time. Used vegetable oil, heated on the induction stovetop at 350 until the oil was smoking pretty good then shut the stovetop off and left the pan sit on it until it was completely cool. Wiped out the pan and was finally good and nonstick except I still haven't mastered a good fried egg without crusty edges but I will. I think it has to do with just the right temperature.
