I bought a 12" Orgreenics Skillet about a year ago now. LOVE IT! Nothing sticks to it whatsoever and trust me, I've tried!
Do not wash it in the dishwasher and do not hit the green surface with anything hard as it will chip.
Yes, cast iron is nice, but requires some work to keep in good shape. The Orgreenics gets washed, dried and put away. All set for next time.
