I saw a turkey pot pie recipe today in the Parade magazine with the Sunday paper that sounds good. You put the mixture in ramekins and top them with squares of thawed frozen puff pastry, which I've never bought before.
I loved pot pies when I was little (the Swanson kind in a foil pan.) Might have to try this.
