Started our turkey soup last night by putting the carcass and various spices in the crockpot and slow cooked overnight (about 10 hours).
Strained broth this morning took the meat off (set aside) the bones discarded the bones and added celery, carrots, onion, garlic, tyme, salt & pepper and cooking for another 4 hours.
Then the meat and noodles go in for another half hour.
Place smells great and can't wait for when it's all done.
