Break up and layer stuffing in bottom of 9x13 pan, sauté 1/2 cup celery, 1/2 cup onion, add 1/2 cup mayo, mix with enough of the left over turkey, to cover stuffing. Cover that with more left over stuffing. Beat together 2 eggs and 1 cup of milk and pour that over the whole thing. Put in fridge over night. (I often freeze at this point) When ready to use, set out about 20 min. or thaw in fridge, if frozen. Spread a jar of gravy over top, (I use homemade) sprinkle with a little paprika for looks, bake at 350 until hot in the center, about 35-40 min.
I often put 1/2 this in a couple 8x8 foil pans, and freeze. Great when camping come summer.
