The cast iron griddles can't be broken either as they are solid cast iron. Mojoe and cast iron both will break in sudden temp changes but they are unbreakable during normal usage.
Cast iron griddles are better designed, cheaper than the Mojoe, easier to store for RVing and endure for multiple generations.
The size, the expense, and the poor design of the Mojoe means it's not a good candidate for RVing which is this forum's focus.
