IMHO I do not believe you will find enough difference between the two brands to be worried about. Capacity is minimal in both, but both can also be made to work satisfactory IF you add a pizza stone or unglazed floor tiles to the oven. We have a pizza stone and our oven works just fine. We cook all sorts of things in it, from cinnamon rolls to meat loaf and as long as you pay attention to the cooking times and temps it is nearly as good as home.
