White BBQ Sause

I found this recipe a while back and kept it because it was really good give it a try


White BBQ Sauce
Use this vinegary, piquant North Alabama specialty as both a basting and finishing sauce on smoked or grilled chicken.

Southern Living MARCH 2014

Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
3 teaspoons water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Preparation
Stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Serve immediately or chilled. Refrigerate up to 3 days.

    I recently found out you could use Ranch Dressing as a barbecue sauce as well. Works well on chicken.

    Unlike the red sauces that can burn if you put them on early, it doesn't.

    Add some seasoning of your choice, cover with Ranch dressing let marinate for a few minutes to an hour or so, and grill as usual. We like it on the boneless/skinless thighs.
  • Yeah I’ve seen that done I also like spicy Italian dressing(Walmart brand) and marinate my chicken in that overnight
    As for beef it’s a longer process I use 1cup corn starch with 3 cups cold water and place the steak in a zip lock bag and pour corn starch mix owner it seal and fridge for a full day then I remove it rinse well season it and grill the corn starch breaks down the meat if you ever eaten beef and broccoli from a Chinese place did you notice how tender the beef was?
