I cook most Veggies in my pressure cooker.
Growing up my Mother always cooked Holly Vegetables! (she boiled the hell out of them!!) :)
That's what I am use to and like but the P cooker leaves the flavor in.
My favorites are cabbage (comes out sweet but not soggy) and boiled peanuts.
For boiled peanuts- add green peanuts, water and salt. Cook 30 minutes on the perk. Then !!!! let sit until cool!
If you don't let sit and cool the peanuts are cooked but are dry with no salt in them.
