I have several PCs in various sizes. I have a little electric 2qt., that lives on the counter, I use daily. I prefer my stove tops for any larger needs, even though I have a couple of larger electric ones.
I make everything from roasts to cheesecakes, in mine. I even use my canner to do whole turkey.
Never camp with out one.
