You can use the All American canner for pressure cooking. You should not use pressure cookers for canning.
I have done turkey in my aluminum All American Canner. I do not use it routinely because I prefer not to cook in aluminum, but when the food is not acidic it works great for once in a while.
The All American Canner is so well built, it would be great for passing on to my daughter. It is nice to know I will never have to be worrying about replacing gaskets. terry r.
