Thanks for all of the information. I think we will go with a Traeger. No one ever has a bad word to say about them. And we are not after a heavy smoke flavor. DW religiously reads all of the fine print on any BBQ sauce she buys and manages to find the few that do not contain liquid smoke flavoring. We also like dry rub ribs just as well as those with a wet sauce.
Thanks again. After the house is built in Florida we will still RV. But instead of 6 months in MI and 6 months in FL, it will be more like 9 or 10 in FL and 2 or 3 in MI.
