Dusty, dusty, dusty, rude customer service by park tenants, was paid for the site for a week, was ask to put up awning, power pole kept blowing. and dusty!!!

It is possible that the Connections inside the power receptacle got loose, which in turns creates heat. (from amps) That heat then can damage the male plug of the RV with out tripping the power box breaker.(because the amps are less than the breaker rating)
Been in the trades, I've seen similar failures before on similar appliances.
Just saying it is a possibility.
