We are planning a camping trip to Sequoia Park. Is it worth it to take street bikes to the park? Are there bike paths or are the roads compatible for both cars and bikes together?
Although we didn't have our road bikes with us when we visited Sequoia Nat'l Park, I didn't really note any great places to ride. Others may have better information to provide.
You can ride around Lodgepole campground a bit if staying there. More for the kids maybe. IIRC most roads are a bit steep and narrow for biking. Nothing like Yosemite Valley. Do take the tram when possible.
We have been to Sequoia National Park many, many times but never thought about bicycles. I don't recall ever seeing a bike path, but I really wasn't looking for one. There are a whole lot of mountains and trees, but no large flat areas like Yosemite Valley that would be good for bikes. And the roads are narrow and I don't think there are any bike lanes.
