camping ideas for Maine
We are planning a trip for a family of four plus dog to Maine from Ohio. Does anyone have any recommendations for campgrounds in Maine and how soon should we make reservations for summer 2014? Thx

If going to Bar Harbor and Acadia we like: Smuggler's Den
It is a stop on the island shuttle route and has some great hiking trails accessible right from the back of the CG. Pool for the kids and a fairly new playground as well.
