How we $olved the problem:
We had a seasonal campsite and the season we upgraded from a pop-up to a travel trailer, my parents started saying "yes" to our invitations to join us. There was actually far less sleeping room in the trailer than there was in the pop-up, so we gave mom and dad the queen bed and slept all over the living room/kitchen. We always asked them to join us and they did enough times that we decided to upgrad to a park trailer with two queen bedrooms the next season. That got used to capacity enough that we rented a second site and put our old class C on it. That got used enough by family and friends that we found a cheap bunkhouse on Craigslist and we can now sleep 11 without breaking down a couch or table in either camper. Our camper is reserved for my parents, the grandkids, or limited others - everybody else is over in the bunkhouse. It works well for us as we get the best of both worlds - opportunity to camp with family and friends as well as time and space to ourselves.
