How did you get into Rving or camping?

My brother and I camped via scouts and church youth group during our childhood. During our 20's we did not camp but a weekend or two with friends. I met my wife(who's family always camped in the summer) and bought a tent,stove and lantern and took my new family camping. Her children were 4 and 6 when we met and loved camping with the dog and us. The kids are now 23 and 25 and still camp with us with their families. My grand daughter is 5 and she can't wait to camp with Nonnie and Poppy. As for my brother,he would stop by and visit while my family was camping. One weekend a few years ago,he and his wife stayed the night with us and by the next Wednesday they had bought a camper for themselves. We camp with my brother,my sister in law,mother in law and their families whenever we can and LOVE it. For me it is spending QUALITY time with family and being able to just relax and enjoy thier company.
