I did that same trip with my then 5 yearold twins two years ago! We stopped in Vegas and rode the log ride, camped at Zion and rode the tram around the park. From Zion we stayed in Salt lake and went to the dinosaur park (kids loved it)! Salt lake to grand Tetons and then on to Yellowstone. While in the parks the girls loved the ranger talks and did some of the jr ranger program. We all loved it so much we did it again last summer and are planning on 2015 again! Enjoy the trip!
