Keeping track of your postal mail while on the road

As a fulltimer for the past 7 yrs, I use a mail forwarding service in FL (St. Brendan's Isle). I usually get a mail drop about once a month. Most of my routine stuff is handled online. They have a new option now (along with other mail forwarding services) that they will scan envelopes and/or contents so you can see it online before requesting shipment.
