Another free option might be Open office. Look for openoffice.org on the Internet. I have that program on my computer.

Been using Quicken for years! Love the reminder feature.

Another big vote for Quicken. I use it to make and track a budget. I have used for many years.

Excel. Label columns as desired. Use auto sum feature.

Make same style spreadsheet for vehicle maintenance or ?

There is a feature I've been playing with in Quicken that I really like. I can use Quicken Mobile on my smartphone to take a picture of a receipt, attach it to a transaction and when I sync, the receipt is imported into my laptop. Really cool, and no more messy piles or traveling folders!

Quicken Premier, Neat Receipts, and a shredder -- best combination ever for RVers!

I can reconcile my Quicken account balance with my Neat account balance, and be sure every receipt is stored. Even the IRS is happy with scanned images, and I can get a copy of every check, if necessary.

+1 for investments. Consolidate to just a couple places, log in and view.

Quicken is for budgets and expense catagory tracking IMO. (no thanks)

Quicken has to be the most popular program out there and I bet has almost any function you would need unless you’re doing heavy business accounting…
I don’t like auto draft for anything… I much prefer setting up an auto e-checking/payment where I control the payment but I don’t have to…

So far, mint.com is seeming to help. However, nothing beats a laptop and Excel for the main spreadsheet.
