We are full timers... so on the road all year. No property.
Legal residents of SD via mail forwarding address at MY HOME ADDRESS.
(that's the name of our mail forwarding service in SD that handles our mail, takes care of renewing our vehicle plates... answers all our questions about elections, voter registration, new laws that might effect us and steered us to the best person in the world who handles our insurance on the vehicles.)
We bank online. (All our bills/invoices come to us via email or we can check on them online.) Honestly, this took 9 months to get right so start this now so it's ready to go when you are ready to full time. Picking out a good bank and having an inside person that you've known for a good while is very helpful.
It does not have to be a "nation wide" bank.
NOTHING important ever comes to us via snail mail. We send for our mail once
a month and pick an address where we are going to be and send it there. Sometimes it's sent to the post office where we are going to travel through, via general delivery. Again, MY HOME ADDRESS knows all about doing that. We've never lost a single piece of mail.
