Leave the kids home!!!
In the campsite next to us is a young family with a small child. I do believe that from the time the child wakes up in the morning till the family leaves for their daily sightseeing/outing, he cries....

Nice to know that whatever your neighbors do is OK with you. That isn't the case with most people. They don't want their vacation to be 7 days of loud, drunken parties, or 7 days of barking dogs, and yes, they don't want 7 days of screaming and crying children. None of those are tolerated at my parks, even if they are tolerated by you.
I mostly stay in parks that allow young children, dogs, and alcohol. I reserve spots under the assumption that I may encounter one or all of the previous mentioned risks on any level. My family has only been RV'ing for 10 years, but I have experienced ALL of these situations at all levels. I have been able to overlook each one and just enjoy the fact that I wasn't at work, mowing my lawn, weeding, cleaning gutters, painting, cleaning bathrooms, pressure washing, etc... Maybe the OP forgot what that means to most non-full timers. Get over it!
Wish I could hear from the alleged "ousted" young family and hear their side of the story. I guess I don't feel as 'entitled' as most.
Please post all of your campgrounds that you run and I will make it a point to avoid them.
