We have 4 kids too. There are people out there TENT camping w/ 4 (and more) kids, so you won't be alone.
I use tripadvisor and rvparkreview websites. I honestly don't think you need a specific website for camping w/ kids. There's a ton of families w/ kids camping and if you have 4 kids, well you're already used to handling 4 kids, it's not much different when camping. If you're all going to use your RV shower daily, have big tanks! (we don't, so we do military showers or use the shower house some).
How old are your kids? Ours are 12, 10, 10, 8 now and it's a lot easier. When we first started camping it was tent camping and the kids were like 6, 4, 4, 2 and that was a******ton of work! Still fun and worth it, but looking back -- whooowee! One of the hardest thing back then was keeping them on our campsite, because we felt they were too young to let them go off to playground, etc while we set up & cooked.... And showers in the shower house - having them wash up and keep their washcloth off the floor, etc.
