I am probusiness and proprofit. I see no issue with extra charges for over X# of people per site and see that as the better way to deal with a large family. But, yes, the campground owner sets the rules and the customer decides to stay or move on.

I'm pro my business and I don't want $5.00 for each additional in groups of 7 or 10 or whatever, I want the $60.00 per night from the reservations who choose to stay precisely because the park is quiet, there are no lines at the bathrooms and there is no chance that the Normandy Invasion will be restaged in the site next to them. My guests have certain expectations and site limits help me meet those expectations.
