Take it a step further, most criminals are criminals precisely because they don't respect the laws and rules they are breaking.

I do wish to thank some who have posted here. Sometimes I start to feel a bit bad about calling attention to my park rules and enforcing some of the policies. Then I read these threads and realize those rules aren't being broken casually, people know the rules and just behave badly anyway. They are fully aware of what they are doing and just plain think they are special and if they can get away with something, they will. My concerns about confronting the violators just melt away after reading these threads.
