The post I replied to was posted by smkettner who specifically advocated lying if you had over the limit in a previous post in this thread. So it is not that preposterous. And by the way, that comment was intended to be sarcasm, pointed directly at that fact.
So then, why even have a numerical limit at all? If the limit of (4) is considered a number to be dishonest about - why even have a limit?
Doesn't make sense since you're assuming the worst?
