Want to camp, get a tent.
I am of the belief that you are not camping, if you are not sleeping on the ground. If you are on a cot in a tent, I will give you 9/10ths of camping.
It you sleep on the ground in a tent and cook on an open fire, you get extra credit!
To the rest of us, enjoy the great outdoors however you wish. Call it what you wish. I can not, however, call it camping with a straight face.
