What is there between Lewiston Idaho and Yellowstone

I will be driving my Class A motorhome from Lewiston Idaho to Yellowstone in late May. I don't know the area and plan on stopping somewhere half way to Yellowstone. Doe's anyone know the roads and whe...

Time wise Deer Lodge is about half way. That is taking US 12 to Missoula then I-90 to Whitehall.
There is a KOA and one called Indian Creek. Indian Creek is a little short on amenities.
