By 5:30am we had another set of twins and two sets of triplets. The two sets of triplets were born next to each other and one of the moms was sure the other was steeling her babies. She kept leaving hers to check out the lambs the other ewe had. I released a set of twins from a lambing pen and moved the busy buddy ewe and 3 lambs into the pen. I'm not positive I got the right 3 lambs with each ewe; at least the calm ewe appeared to be accepting the 3 I left with her.

I thought 4 pens were enough but I guess I'll be building 4 more (this summer) in an area we've been using for storage. Till then we'll have to make do.
