we have her on a very strict diet...low sodium..low phosphorus ...added Vit C and calcium carbonate..will recheck in a month unless she has problems before....one day at a time ...meds will be added as needed...she doesnt have a lot of energy, but with both her cardiac issues and now renal issues its hard to know what is slowing her down...so we dont push her...I am very hopeful to keep her going for a long time...When Bella was diagnosed with ME we were given a month and she made it for almost 11 months so theres always hope..I am reading of dogs that lasted years with CRF ....praying that Iz is one them !
I'll surely be praying that Iz is one of them too...I know I'm not on here much anymore but I will be checking in more now and I will keep Iz in my prayers.
How old is Iz and do you still have two chi's right now?
