A little help for a basset hound

A trip I need a little help with my basset hound I have to be in Murfreesboro next tuesday for a veterans medical doctor to do a disability examination. I live in Cave Spring Georgia. I have a winter creek truck camper by basset hound is different aI think this one has been reincarnated . I could leave him in the camper with the generator and a/c running but I might worry about a mechanical failure of the generator or A/C stop running it is getting hot outside. He is my best friend because I do not see or speak to anyone for sometimes a week or ten days and some times much longer I have a small farm and three sides of my property have inland paper company they own about 100 thousand acres around me and some I have rescued out of very bad places but some are now getting old Wrinkles the basset travels with me always and it is hard to leave him at home wonder how long those exams take

    Find a good kennel, preferably one you normally use for vet visits with the hound, and kennel him there over your visit to the doctor.

    He'll get good care, shelter, food/water, and exercise while he is there. We kennel our three little dogs often, and they love going to the doggie hotel.

    It is well worth the small fees they charge for kenneling your pet. Most of the time we combine these visits with scheduled health care for our pets at the same time.

    Do it! Your old friend the Bassett needs to meet some new friends anyway. It will really be the social outing of the season for him. And he'll just be overjoyed to see you when you get back.
