A wonderful animal rescuer has been lost!

An Oncologist here in the Nashville area was know for his brilliance and his ability to comfort and fight for his cancer patients. He was greatly loved for this work. But the other side of him was his absolute devotion to animal rescue. He will be so missed in the oncology world, but more so in animal rescue. He fostered so many dogs in his house. His wife vows to continue and may are donating to rescue to his honor. He was hit on his way home by a 20 yo drunk driver. My spouse worked with him and had the greatest of respect for him. A terrible loss to the world.
