Yes, I have noticed the same situation some time ago. Only opposite pricing. The cat shampoo was more expensive. Same ingredients, same percentages of ingredients and same size containers. The only difference was a different picture on the label, cat verses dog.
Perhaps the cat's agent demanded more money for the cat's mug shot. :B
