I find that cooked chicken skin, even boiled for some of mine, is a bit much. Raw is fine, but cooked means outside time in the wee hours. Soooo..... I boil the chicken (which heats upo te kitchen less in summer) and then cool the broth and take the fat off the top. That goes in their carb mix, where it causes no trouble at all.
Then I boil down the broth, boil udon noodles in it, and have some really killer chicken noodle soup for dinner.
