We don't let ours ride in the bed of the pickup. After all they are the primary reasons that we bought a pickup with a back seat. We don't allow them to ride with heads hanging out the window, either. You know what that bug looks like when you hit it doing 60? Do you really want it to hit your dog in the eye like that?
