Can you change a dog's name?
So far I've tried renaming Calvin's name to Tig. However, every time I call him. He looks at me like who's Tig, then starts looking around for Tig, thinking he's got a dog to play with. ... :R ...

I rescued a horse who had been labeled a "killer".... and his name had been Shogun. NOT a good name for a horse who's dangerous. Since the only good thing I could see about him was his gorgeous color, I renamed him "Red"...LOL!!! Funniest moment was holding him as the vet checked him over a few weeks after I got him, and the vet said he looked familiar. I mentioned his name had been Shogun, and my vet jumped clear across the aisle!!!!! It seems my vet had tried to check him out when he arrived with the rescue group :-)
