So after this morning's trip to daycare, I believe that her carsickness is solely due to anxiety. Put her in the back seat as we still had a towel down on the seat from this weekend's trip. She normally only rides in the back seat when our other dog is with us but this morning it was just her. She vomited within two minutes of being in the car. I pulled over and moved her into the front seat and she was a fountain of drool but no more vomiting. As soon as we walked into daycare, she was her normal bubbly self.
Obviously I won't put her in the back seat by herself again but is there anything that will help with her anxiety?
