You need to reassess your priorities. Business, or cat. As you are thinking about it. Consider. Can the cat pay your bills? If the answer is yes, keep the cat, and close the business. If the answer is no. Get rid of the cat.
I probably wouldn't have said it so bluntly, but I have to agree with the above.
"Danger" issue aside, the random urination is a sanitary problem...
Unless you've discussed/revealed this situation to your clients and they're content with it I think you have a responsibility to completely remove the cat from the premises, or at least that part of the premises that the children use.
