concerned about our little Peanut Update on page 2

One of our Boston's has been hurt rough housing with his brothers it appears. He is walking normal but appears to have a neck or shoulder injury. When he moves a certain way with his neck, he lets out...

Okay i have a dumb question, what is NSAID's? I would assume an anti inflamatory or musle relazer but not sure.
