Coronavirus
I thought I’d share some thoughts about the coronavirus threat that is occupying the news now. I’m not convinced we’ll get accurate information as some deny there is a threat while others may tend to...
Please be aware of the following changes to our protocols in response to the COVID-19 pandemic for at least the next 2 weeks:
1.) We will be significantly reducing foot-traffic through our clinic in order to protect our staff and clients; therefore we will be asking all clients to check-in via text when they arrive, and to remain in their vehicle until a staff member comes to retrieve them. We will collect payment over the phone and arrange a time for you to pick up for pet. We ask that you text us again when you have arrived for someone to bring your pet to your car.
2.) Please visit our website for all Consent forms. We ask you to fill out the Surgery and Drop Off consent forms ahead of time and bring them with you to the visit.
3.) We will be limiting our waiting room to ONE client at a time, to give us a chance to clean in between visits. If you arrive to pick something up, and a client is in our waiting room being helped, please kindly wait outside until they leave to enter the building.
4.) If you are sick, have a fever, or have been placed on quarantine; OR are caring for someone who is sick, has a fever, or has been placed on quarantine, please do NOT enter the building. If your pet NEEDS care, please wait in your car and communicate via phone on how to proceed, or ask a friend to bring your pet in.
5.) We are trying to remain available for our patients and clients in need of urgent or immediate care, and are asking all routine and non-urgent appointments to reschedule at this time.
6.) For prescription refills, we ask that you pay over the phone via credit/debit card to limit interaction with the staff. If you do not wish to enter the clinic, or have been placed on quarantine, please utilize our online pharmacy for home delivery on your pet's food and medication.
