Dangerously low temps/Florida warnings for pets??

I too have a dog that loves the cold weather. She will practically jump out the door to play in the snow. I got her as a rescue from San Miguel de Allende in Mexico. I can't imagine her in the hot weather. My criteria for walking her is -15C and then she wears her boots. Anything less than that and we forgo the walk.
