Dangerously low temps/Florida warnings for pets??

many southern states aren't equipped properly for cold or ice..

when i first moved to florida i would see tourists in bikinis on the same line at walgreens with Floridians in winter gear.. funny stuff.. now im down here 18 years and understand the feeling..
