Get out there among them then...you might survive...J/K Many years ago I was in Pasadena,TX and was getting ready to go back to WV. During the night there was an ice storm and I called the state police to see how the roads were going North. He asked me where I was from and when I told him from WV he said you are probably used to this. He said most of the TX drivers didn't have a clue how to drive in this and he advised that if it was not absolutely necessary to head back I would be safer to stay put. There was over a thousand accidents in the greater Houston area on that day. I stayed put.
